This app has very few Australians on it. I get lots of likes from people overseas, mainly America but very rarely see any Australian men as matches let alone any in the area where I live. I feel like I have wasted my money.

So many fakes, scammers and catfish on this site! Not to mention this site want you to pay for a membership so in their wisdom they heavily restrict what you can use for free. Not sure how that inspires me to want to buy a membership!

I cannot cancel my membership, and being billed. Others are too. Customer service and contacts do not answer. They billed my even though I requested cancellation. I cannot cancel, there is no option. Customer Service do not respond.

I went on this site for free. I did not sign up to any agreement. On looking on line there fee is $9.99 or thereabouts a month. For the last two months since I viewed their site they have deducted $99.00. I lodged a complaint with PayPal and they said I had a payment agreement wit B2. As far as I know I never agreed to any deductions let alone $99.00 a month. All I did was take up the free offer and have a look. Keep away from this site it is not safe if they can trick you like that. Also there should be stronger consumer protection against such people.

This site contains many blurred photos, the same photo with different names and is an easy door to scammers. They make it virtually impossible to cancel yet have easy access to your bank. Its a one way road in their favour. I have received threatening emails when they couldn’t get the last lot of money,threatening the use of debt collection.

I found that the same profiles on other cheaper sites were also on this site. However, my primary concern and gripe is that I’m finding it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel my subscription. They have automatically renewed my subscription even after I’d made it very clear that I wanted to cancel through 3 emails. All ignored. Now I’m going to try and get my money back and stop them billing me again.

Worst dating site I’ve ever. Prey on vulnerability, spam you to subscribe Min 3 mths, outrageous cost No site phone or email, 3 day cooling off is hidden, then 1 message no refund Not paid in anyway even if all the matching questions and multiple matches make you think otherwise.

I have been trying to cancel my membership one week after I had got it. I wrote to them never heard from them and have been paying for 8 mths, also they say the membership is 20 dollars but charge you 50 a mth. I have never known such bad customer service and there are hardly any people to choose from. Join tinder instead they don’t charge you as much and there are plenty of people to choose from.

These guys signed me up for a year subscription and took $370 out of my account. I was unaware what I was signed up for. I have been emailing for days and they just keep sending me the terms and conditions. I’m so angry and frustrated. As a single Mum of 3 young kids I need all my money!! I can see from other reviews on here that they are doing it to quite a few people. Is there something we can do? Fair trading or something? However it is an American site. Surly something has to be done? They are ripping us of our money!

What are people doing about getting sucked into the 12 months contract? Can anyone help me? I refuse to pay as I did NOT sign up for 12 months. Will this give me a bad credit rating? I have spoken to this site and got absolutely nowhere. Now I have a collection agency after me. Absolutely FURIOUS!!!! The 800+ negative reviews should speak for themselves. Seems I’m not the only person sucked into this death trap of a contract. I will keep fighting this as it’s an absolute JOKE. If anyone could please share any help and/or shed some light on how to go about this, I’d really appreciate it.

I have never visited their site and yet today I got an email from them saying ‘welcome to this site’ they also sent a support id and pw but, as I didn’t create the account, I can’t login to delete the account. I’ve written to them telling them to delete the ac NOW but nothing so far. Reputable companies confirm subscriptions before creating accounts but not this mob so I assume they either created it on purpose (so they are scammers) or some idiot put the wrong email address in and this site doesn’t confirm before creating accounts !

My son who is disabled used this site with my permission cancelled Back February but kept getting mail asking for payment told them account was canceled now being threatened with collection agents told them they My get In but won’t get out IRA member
